Makani Interactive Comic allows students to engage in their island ecosystem while following along and helping to author the story of Makani, a Laysan Albatross living at Ka'ena Point on the North Shore of O'ahu. Interactive lessons in measurement, coastal marine ecosystems, and coastal restoration are engaging and relevant to readers of all ages.
